SFJ Return Policy
Sam’s Fine Jewelry has exceeded customer expectations in service, selection and value. We pride ourselves on our friendly, knowledgeable staff who can help you select from a wide array of the finest quality jewelry and giftware. We are also pleased to offer professional services such as expert jewelry repair, engraving, insurance appraisals, personal shopping, and free gift wrapping.
Returns:
Customers may return items within 14 days of the purchase date at no additional cost. To be eligible for a return, items must be in like-new condition, with original box, and any accompanying documentation. Clearance items, custom items, and items discounted over 30% are not eligible for return.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, customers have up to 30 days from the purchase date to request an exchange at no additional cost, or apply store credit to use at a later date. If store credit is chosen, it must be used within 3 months.
Online Purchases:
For online purchases, contact us directly at 573-472-1331 or paige@samsfinejewels.com to obtain an insured return label. The customer is
responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
Inspection Process:
All returned or exchanged items will undergo a thorough inspection. Items must be in like-new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates issued by Sam's Fine Jewelry expire one year from the date of purchase. Please be sure to use them before the expiration date.
