Appointments: Appointments are not required, but we do recommend making one for engagement ring purchases, custom work, or same-day service to ensure the most efficient use of your time while visiting the store. Please text or call us at 573-472-1331.
Appraisals: We host an appraisal clinic once a month in partnership with Amanda McGhee of St. Louis Jewelry Appraisals. Amanda is a Graduate Gemologist through the Gemological Institute of America, a Master Gemologist Appraiser through the American Society of Appraisers, and holds an abundance of other certifications for her continued education in the field. For jewelry purchased from us, we offer our in-house appraisals free of charge within the first year of purchase. Text or call us to schedule an appraisal appointment: 573-472-1331.
BOPIS (Buy online, pick up in store) EVERYTHING on the website is available in-store. We immediately ship to you the same day, or you can choose to pick up in store.
Custom: Custom is our specialty! If you’re looking for something unique or looking to utilize an heirloom piece to recreate something just for you, we can help. We offer custom rings, pendants, bracelets and more.
Jewelry repairs are completed in-house so your most treasured keepsakes never leave our store. We are proud to offer the highest quality work by our master goldsmiths, and the most unique designs by our custom curators to bring your ideas to life. See below for pricing.
Refunds/Exchange: Customers may return items within 14 days of the purchase date at no additional cost. To be eligible for a return, items must be in like-new condition, with original box, and any accompanying documentation. Clearance items, custom items, and items discounted over 30% are not eligible for return. Read more here: Returns Exchanges.
Warranties: We offer 5-year or Lifetime warranties on all jewelry and 5-year warranties on watches. The cost of the warranty varies based on the purchase or appraisal price of the item. We will warranty previously purchased jewelry and jewelry purchased elsewhere once brought to like-new condition and appraised for replacement value. Warranties are available and valid no matter where you reside!
Watch repair services include while-you-wait battery replacement, link removal or addition, and band replacement. We also offer all other watch repair services that take just a few weeks to complete.
